The petition lands at the court of the debtor's domicile — Madrid, in this case. Attached: the invoice, the purchase order, the signed delivery note, and the burofax trail. Nothing new is created. The amicable phase was always also building the evidence bundle.
The court serves the debtor. Three doors, twenty days.
Now the pressure is official. The debtor has twenty working days and exactly three options: pay in full, contest in writing, or stay silent. Contesting a signed delivery note under oath has consequences. Most debtors know this. Silence, for once, works in your favour.

Silence has a price. It's called an enforceable title.
The court converts the unanswered petition into a despacho de ejecución — an enforcement title with the force of a judgment. The invoice is no longer a claim. It's an instruction. And it now carries statutory interest and costs on top of the principal.

The court now embargoes assets in the order we mapped back then: bank accounts first, then receivables owed to the debtor, then vehicles, then property.
